So... last night I joined the NaNoBloPo - National November Blog Post. It is a blogging take on NaNoWriMo. The user interface of the site I joined was great. I went through the process of joining and thought I was set. I was warned that they were changing web hosts to a new one today. When I accessed the site today... I was very disappointed.
1. All of the signing up I did last night was for naught. The new site could not locate my information anywhere
2. The new site is horribly user unfriendly. I had no problem linking up my blog and knowing that I could just copy and paste into the site each day. The new site- I have no idea where to do that.
While I have made a commitment to myself to blog everyday on this blog for the month of November, I am not sure how much I will be using the "host" site.

ReplyDeleteFrom what I understand, we just sign up for the blogroll and then post on our own blogs. That's what I am doing anyway. I didn't sign up for a blog on their site.
Anway, I saw you on the blogroll, a fellow knitter, and thought I'd comment here in hopes of helping out.
